1. Services Description

Spiritual Consciousness Activation (SCA) and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) are spiritual and consciousness exploration services. These services are not medical treatments and should not replace conventional medical care. Our practitioners are not licensed medical professionals unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our services

• You are responsible for your own well-being during and after sessions

• You agree to inform us of any mental health conditions or medications

• You understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed

• You agree to arrive sober and in a clear state of mind

3. Session Policies

• Sessions are scheduled by appointment only

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time

• Sessions may be recorded for your personal use only

• Confidentiality is maintained for all client information

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit payment unless there are exceptional circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in our services. By booking a session, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims or damages.

All materials provided during sessions, including recordings, are for your personal use only. Distribution, sharing, or commercial use of session materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
